Boating
There is a boat to fit any age and level of expertise. Beginners can paddle a "sit on top" kayak or a light stable canoe. Racing kayaks and canoes are available for the advanced paddler. Sailing options include sailboats and a wide range of windsurfers.

Facilities
New for this year is a separate two room building containing a master bedroom and second full bath. Sleeps 10. 2 Queen, 1 Queen/Standard, 1 twin, 2 single converted, 2 mattresses (Extra Bedding provided), Loft 12' by 24', 2 Bath, Kitchen, Dining Room, Vaulted Ceilings.
Guest Room, Boat House, Deck, Waterfront Deck, Dock, Grill,washer/dryer.
Approximately 60 acres with 400 feet of shore frontage. Complex is 20 feet from shore.

Entertainment
Indoor entertainment: DVD, Internet Access. Outside activities in the Augusta area: A major shopping area which contains a movie theater, and many of the major store chains. (Walmarts, Olive Garden, Home Depot, Kohls etc). There are a number of indoor activities including Arcades, Bowling, Ice Skating, Miniature Golf, Par 3 Course and Driving Range. A small Zoo is located in Mt Vernon.

Rates
June, July, August: Daily $290; Weekly $1990

Minimum stay is 2 days. in time is 4:00pm, Check out time is 11:00am
A $300 fee will be charged for cancellations made before 30 days prior to arrival.
There are no refunds for cancellations made after 30 days prior to arrival.
Located near the Kents Hills area about 19 miles from Augusta.
